Often we miss a trick by 'compartmentalising' things too much - often an experience in one are of life can be applied to another with fantastic results. This section tries to find a fresh approach in all things, looking at life through a new lens and searching for connectedness in the apparently unconnected.

    This could be:

    • applying lessons learned working in the financial services sector to a situation encountered with a client in the public sector.
    • appying a technique traditionally associated with coaching to another area, like problem solving or creativity.
    • allowing a news report or observation to fly through your imagination, mixing with theother things on your mind and forming a whole new thought

Some things will stand the test of time grow whilst others will quietly die away...

Three strands have emerged to Ally's work since he established his consultancy in 1999.

    • Short (one and two day) training workshops
    • Associate work with leading training providers
    • Longer consultancy projects

At any one time, he is likely to be focussing on two of these three areas.

Recently, Ally has been pouring more enery into investigating ways to apply 'Accelerated Learning' theory to the online arena. This section contains various outlines and examples of his work.

In training workshops, the learners are given responsibility for their own learning and are encouraged to use all parts of their brain and all their senses. This results in some wonderful creativity - sometimes Ally is able to capture this.

This section illustrates some of the great work created during Ally's workshops and records comments by trainers, managers and operational staff who have been impacted by his training and coaching.
